Arden Interiors is so excited to be designing one of our favourite client’s THIRD home! Yup I said 3rd! We have just completed the designs for his second and framing has begun. We are looking forward to sharing the process with you! We thought we’d start by sharing our design journey.

It all began one cool day in December…. Karly and I met the client at the first house we designed for him on Quebec Street, Vancouver, B.C. We were brought on to the project when the architect’s plans were 90% complete. The home is three stories approximately 2500SF with a basement suite and an additional 750SF laneway home. The designs were developed to compliment the husband’s modern design aesthetic and the wife’s traditional design sense. We worked with the client by customizing our design services to allow for him to source the lighting and plumbing fixtures himself. We did this by providing design direction in the concept presentation and critiquing his choices to ensure they suited the design and budget.
